For the fastest service, please submit a request ticket by using our Online Help Form.  Tickets submitted through the help form are monitored 24/7.

The Student Helpdesk is open to receive calls

  • Monday – Thursday 8AM – 10PM
  • Friday 8AM – 12PM.


During peak registration periods throughout the year, the ticket volume for the Student Helpdesk will cause slower response times.
